How to Order

Click onto the cart button that is located below the product picture. Select the colour, pattern and define how many unit you wish to order. Most of the items are available in various colours, patterns. Some items are available in different sizes. Please fill all fields carefully. Don’t miss the mandatory fields.

Order Confirmation

Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing all details relating to your order.

Delivery

Delivery time is 30 days from reception of your order. As every piece is handmade it is possible that some items might be out of stock. We inform you of the delivery time of the missing items and propose an appropriate dispatching solution. When your order is ready for delivery we send you the payment instructions. Your order can be delivered through sea cargo (minimum 1 m³, 2 m³ to some destinations), air cargo, air mail or express courier. Cost as well as delivery time vary from one mean of transportation to another. Delivery takes about three days by courier, one week by air cargo, two weeks by air mail and one month by sea. We are pleased to assist you in sending your goods. The shipping costs given are indicative until the freight forwarder has confirmed the amount and the customer has given his consent.

Payment

Until now the Vietnamese regulations do not allow direct credit card online payment. Therefore the payment will be made by telegraphic transfer (T/T). You are responsible for all bank transfer fees, freight or shipping charges and insurance (when applicable). Your order will be delivered when we have received the full amount that corresponds to the products and services delivered.

Packing

Each item is wrapped in silk paper and packed individually in a carton box, separate elements wrapped individually. We use standard export 5 layers cardboard. Labeling is made in accordance to international standards.

Quality Control

Each item is carefully inspected by our staff before shipping. However we recommend that you inspect your items upon reception. Such control allows the detections of damage resulting from handling and/or transportation. YD Handicraft products are entirely handmade, therefore sizes as well as colour and/or design may slightly vary from one piece to another. Claims for damaged goods are accepted when our responsibility is fully established. The claim and all necessary details should be submitted within one month from the date of reception. Once this deadline has passed we will not accept any claim. When our responsibility is established we replace the faulty item or part of it. We do not reimburse or credit any amount for faulty goods. Claims should be resolved in a reasonable and commercial manner.

Responsibility

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the products manufactured by us. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the goods during handling and transportation.

Dispute

Disputes shall be resolved in a reasonable manner. In last resort only legal action will be decided. The jurisdiction is Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Vietnamese law is applicable.

Amendments

The above conditions might be amended partly or in full at any time.
